What are your delivery charges?
On orders above £100 net of VAT the carriage charge will be waived except for off shore, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland where the carrier surcharge will be applied.
On orders under £100 net of VAT the carriage charge will not exceed £9.00 Inc VAT.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders usually take 3-5 working days.
Can I receive my order more quickly?
Yes, there is a charge of £12.00 inc VAT for a next day delivery. (excluding Saturday) if placed before 12 noon.
What is your returns policy?
All orders should be examined within 3 days of delivery. If incorrect or broken we will arrange replacement and collection. If incorrect goods are ordered then replacement/collection will be arranged at customer cost.
Goods returned back to us in a bad condition will be subject to a restocking charge.
How do I pay?
If you are buying for a church and provide us with full details including the name of your church then we will open a credit account and ask you to pay on invoice.
All other orders can be paid for by credit card and credit accounts can be applied for via our accounts department.
