For over 160 years Charles Farris Limited, with Francis Tucker, have supplied quality beeswax church candles manufactured entirely in the United Kingdom to Imperial specification. Continuing this tradition, we have appointed skilled craftsmen trained to the highest British standards to manufacture the products featured here. The same skills are employed to design and make items to our customers' exact requirements, including repair and restoration of all metalwork and woodwork items. The order placement system on this new website now includes a password login that affords our customers the peace of mind that we are using the highest security available. Charles Farris Ltd, along with all suppliers, have experienced massive price rises in oil, wax and wine duty during the last six months. We regret the necessity of having to pass on some of these increases to our customers from July 1st 2008. These include sanctuary lights, candle oil and wine. While some wine prices have had to rise substantially please note our own light red wine AW12B6, available in sixes, remains the best value altar wine. More Information
